We have selected them for their professionalism and especially for the quality of the proposed experiences. Our offer is oriented towards health and well-being. Thus, your stay at the edge of Lake Annecy will be the occasion to receive the care of an osteopath, a reflexologist, a naturopath, massages for pregnant women, energy massages, ... The experience can also be tailor-made, according to your desires and your feelings of the moment. These treatments should be booked preferably 24 hours before your arrival. Our partners are independent and come to the Beauregard hotel on request. The treatments are to be paid directly to the therapist (check or cash).

Nelly Attal ~ Facial and foot reflexology

My encounter with reflexology, in February 2013 challenged my entire professional life. We have unsuspected resources for health, balance and well-being.

The Chinese energies, the care of people, the natural methods are offered to me as an evidence, I take the road of the studies...

Graduated from the school "France-Réflexologie" in Lyon since 2016, today I practice facial reflexology, Dien Chan from Vietnam and foot reflexology.

By stimulating reflex points on the face, I unblock energies that put the body in self-healing.

Gentle" interlude for the body and mind

I offer you a complete head and foot treatment, with organic essential oils. Depending on the season and your needs, I use organic baobab oil scented with eucalyptus, wintergreen or citrus.

I start by relaxing the meridians of the head, using acupressure. I gently scan with my fingertips the organs that are in a state of low energy, to find the reflex point and stimulate it to give the body back the path to self-healing.

With essential oils, I stimulate the soles of the feet to gently detoxify and boost the immune system, offering you a great moment of relaxation and abandonment. Connected to your body, my energies circulate the lymph.

The organs thus stimulated, the detox can begin. Gentleness surrounds us, and the letting go can finally take place.

Get rid of stress, negative emotions, pains, let's go into relaxation, well-being.

When the back is well relaxed, and the meridians have been stimulated by the gentle massage with essential oils, I place the Chinese cupping to activate the blood flow and thus put the energy back where it is broken. It is an ancestral treatment that brings a lot of relaxation, accompanied by a real therapeutic sense.
