It is here, in the heart of the Beauregard hotel on the shores of Lake Annecy that Valérie and Eric have surrounded themselves with a team of motivated and passionate professionals to offer their customers, hotel guests, visitors and residents of Annecy a healthy and simple cuisine that honors the products of their generous region.

Between Chablais, Aravis and Bauges, during their escapades they have selected for you the best producers of this region they are in love with and that they try to represent in the best possible way on a daily basis, in the plates of their restaurant in Sévrier, a few steps from Annecy.

A secret alchemy simmered from the cellars, stables, vegetable gardens, to the depths of the kitchen of La Boussole to offer new flavors while keeping the flavors of traditional dishes and specialties Savoyard.

Alan Crétaux comes to Hôtel Beauregard with a solid background in gastronomic catering, notably in establishments awarded a green star. His cuisine, both gourmet and healthy, incorporates new techniques such as fermentation, maturation and gentle cooking, adding innovative notes to our menu. His career path promises a more complex, surprising and refined cuisine that will delight the most demanding palates.

Loris Boucher, meanwhile, is an expert in service, with a particular focus on customer satisfaction. Together, Alan and Loris are infusing Beauregard with a new dynamic of excellence and passion for serving our guests.

Our restaurant is a master restaurateur since 2019, this label reflects the quality of our work "Home-made".
