A former high-level triathlete, Stéphane Janssoone is the founder of the Breathing Academy (the first breathing school in France).
He invites you to discover the powers of our body and our breath through different techniques including the ice bath:
- Become aware of your breathing
- Develop your mental strength
- Improve sleep, reduce stress
- Develop the qualities of acceptance, letting go, freeing one's life potential
Day "Tuning your body and mind".
Combine work and relaxation by awakening your employees to serenity.
This approach allows your teams to recharge their batteries.
Our coaches offer you activities according to your desires (yoga, pilates, muscular awakening, boxing respiartio, stretching, Qi Gong)
The Wellness Day includes :
- the use of the meeting room with a lake view
- 45 minutes of sport or soft activity at the beginning or end of the day
- 2 breaks
- the vitalizing breakfast

Géraldine Ducarouge, nutri-therapist, will help you work on the "visceral" importance of reconnecting to your body's physiological needs, reading the messages it sends you and responding to its demands and not to its impulses.
This workshop will activate the 5 senses to be more aware throughout the day:
- Reactivate and re-learn the art of eating according to the seasons and our nature
- Importance of regular detox and fasting and how to practice them for each sense
- Integrate several positive anchoring techniques
- Savor everything in consciousness: time, food, ...

The restaurant's setting is nice, with a view of the lake. The dishes were good but lacked something in the way of spices. As for the prices, given the quantity, it's clearly overpriced (compared with Luxembourg, which isn't particularly cheap). Especially the children's menu, which is nothing like a children's menu. It's the same types of dishes, but served slightly differently. Even the dessert was far too complex for children; a simple scoop of ice cream is more appropriate. The dishes were otherwise pretty. Too bad, because if you're staying on site, it's really convenient. The hotel was in a great location overlooking Lake Annecy. The garden area is beautifully landscaped and we really enjoyed sitting outside for a drink in the evening. We would have liked to use the hot tub but we thought €18 pp/hr was quite expensive. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and a good layout for staying in the hotel with our two children. There was a bit of a strange smell in our room and it was quite hot being at the very top of the building. The location was very good and we walked into Annecy. We also used the bus route in the evening which was easy to navigate. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.
