‍Nestled withina building with a mountain-style charm, most of our 44 air-conditioned rooms have been renovated using warm, natural materials that echo the surrounding landscape.Moderately sized, they embrace the art of a cozy retreat rather than that of spaciousness: a simple, authentic cocoon where the essentials take precedence—because here, true expansiveness is found outside. Available in Comfort, Superior, or Privilege categories, as double or family rooms, most offer breathtaking views: Lake Annecy and the Aravis Range stretching as far as the eye can see. The others look out toward the wooded slopes of the Semnoz. Two rooms are equipped for guests with limited mobility. Only the four rooms on the fourth floor, which remain true to the original building’s design, are not accessible by elevator.
