Welcome to Alan and Loris: a duo for the next generation

Changeis also synonymous with renewal and dynamism. We are delighted to welcome a talented new duo to orchestrate your restaurant experience:

• In the kitchen: Alan Crétaux. With extensive experience in gourmet dining (particularly in establishments awarded a green star), Alan is taking charge of the kitchen. His signature style? A combination of indulgence and health. He is introducing modern techniques such as fermentation, maturation, and gentle cooking to our menu. Prepare yourself for a more complex, surprising, and refined cuisine.
• In the dining room: Loris Boucher. Loris joins us with extensive service expertise and in-depth knowledge of wines. His attention to detail and high standards will ensure an impeccable customer experience.
